Meals 3-6: Each container holds extra lean ground turkey and either broccoli or asparagus. I used Udo’s oil and Fig vinaigrette for dressing plus Frank’s Red Hot Sauce.
NOTE: I do have more protein and vegetable options than this but when time is tight and food is fuel you have to do what’s easiest - PREP IN BATCHES!
